Our theory of change…
Alaska has the highest rates of sexual violence in the country because of a lack of accountability. Under our current system sexual offenders are routinely given a “free pass” to commit violence. For too long, Alaskan leaders have spoken about sexual assault and promised for reform without taking meaningful action. No More Free Passes will change sexual assault in Alaska by using our political bargaining power to lobby for change and by giving the public the tools needed to hold our elected leaders accountable.
